Just the Saturday Night and it's the whole meeting. Personally I have never watched it myself but all the feed back I have ever had has been absolutely positive.

I enjoyed the coverage last year. Quality depends on a fews factors including internet connection speed. NZ$9.95 to watch the live stream finals night of racing live on www.SpeedBox.tv

Wow I didn't know it was the whole meeting - well done Sonja. (See Ngahi - not so bad - I can pretend I'm at turn two row 4!)

There will be multiple cameras and it has a separate commentary so that it actually follows what you see on the screen and not what Paul is looking at and announcing to the crowd.
I am not entirely sure what happens between the heats but there usually isn't that much time anyway.

If I wasnt going to be watching it at Rotorua I would be booking it. I think from the last years some people commented that if you ran it at a low kb rate there were no lags in the stream.
Just need to try it and find what suits your connection best.

To help you get a handle of how Speedbox feels may I suggest you sign up now, and then have a play on the site. You do not have to register to view certain content on Speedbox however I think theres additional content and features available to members only. Membership to Speedbox.tv is free and it only takes a minute to join. On the homepage, click on "Register", and follow the easy steps. Then I suggest that you click on the 'Video on Demand' page. Here there's heaps of vids you can view, like the bikes at Cemetery Circuit in Wanganui on Boxing Day 08. I suspect the quality of these vids in better than the live broadcast but again it all depends on how your computer/connection is set up. Finally, now that I remember, when I was watching the 240's last year, there was about a 1-2 minute delay in the broadcast. In some cases the results were posted here on Mac's before the race was finished on screen. Not quite live but close enough for me anyway.

yeah im signed up already and have had a look at the footage from the 06 teams but it was mainly highlights vid with interviews and stuff so id guess there would be no interviews and stuff in the middle and also noticed after the rnd was finished it has a summary of points and so on so thats why i have asked the question on how does the live stuff compare to that paticular video.Bloody brilliant idea i might say should run it at all major titles and meetings that would be awesome.laptop in the lounge connected to the big screen how awesome would that be.

I haven't seen last year's footage, but I'm pretty sure they pre-recorded some interviews during the afternoon to slot in between races, and probably interview the winner of each race too.

If the meeting is presented in it's entirity with seperate cometry, are we likely to be kept up to date with points etc or will we having to try and lap score ourselves with muliple camera angles?
Could people follow the meeting last year or were they just watching the racing without knowing what was going on?

Surely for the price it's worth a shot just for seeing the racing . Anything else would be a bonus .

I signed up and watched 'live' last year, although there was an opportunity to watch again later in the day (not sure if this was exclusive to the UK) due to the early start here in the UK (5.30am) The programme started with various interviews and the commentary was really good and kept you bang up to date on what was happening. I'm sure that in between races there was coverage of the pits but as the races were thick and fast, this was only very short. On the whole it is well worth the $9.95 (£4.41) to watch if you can't make it Just one thing Speedbox if you're reading this - GET THE COVERAGE FOR THE TEAMS CHAMPS SO WE CAN WATCH THE BRITS IN ACTION

I watched last year, was well worth the money, would watch more events if available as well. Good replays and commentary from memory, also combined with Macgors of course for opinions, and texted results etc.
