just got home from stratty, what a wicked night from the midgets
pickens wins his 7th in a row, only by the skin of his teeth, went up in the air after hitting a lap car with two corners to go
i taped the 30lapper will make a movie a post up

grrrrrr I knew it would turn out to be a good night!! I had to go to work after only an hours worth of racing !! boo. BUT I did get some good crash shots of the two pile ups in heat one and two... How did Hickman get on?? Drew

Cool - thanks. *edit* A few snaps from the first two heats. All was well untill a spin at the front of the pack in the first heat on lap 2..... A few choice words exchanged... And the locals were not to be out done. There was actually some bloody good racing.. but oh no - another pileup in the second heat... And it didnt end well for many. Sorry theres not more, but I had to go to work.. Drew

Darn! Alach needs another set of wheels on his roll-cage - seems to have ended up that quite often this season.....hope his luck changes for the nationals at Nelson (if he goes)

Adam Prestney 31s first season racing. He is on the pace already in his second meeting. Eagle Automotive shipped in his bullet/Ed pink car and the 11s eagle/gearte car in from states mid last year. Eagle Automotive and JD Hickman are keeping the sport in open wheel racing at stratford up there with the best. Big ups to them both. ;D

31s is Adam Prestney. New this season. Goes pretty hard but has some newbie brainfade on occasion (like everyone )

Im 31s !!! hehe yeah still trying to get a handle on it all having had no speedway experiance, big learning curve but we will get there.
Big ups to Duane for his awsome race in the feature first of the locals home and a big congrats to the other 4 local guys and girl that made it through to the feature
All in all and awsome nights racing and makes things all the more promising for a massive meeting next year for the NZ champs
