The difference is Crumpy that if WP was organising the TopGear shows you wouldnt know until you got there that Jeremy Clarkson and Hammond wern't turning up and Abes was the Stig Didn't you know, it is Abrastigimhams!!!!! Why do you think they always keep the the helmet on, not a mug I'd use for my promotion ;D ;D ;D On a serious note though, I see the Springs is running a meeting next Wednesday. I wonder how many people will be slagging them off for running mid-week? Surely you cant be serious thinking we are knocking WP's Wednesday meeting because its mid week  We are knocking it because of the quality and value!  |

Not a bad night but then we would say that because our family enjoys the bikes.
Best entertainment of the night though was defiantly the big guy raving on about what a **** show it was, he got given his money back and left then paid to get back in again and was going to punch the promoter ( but of course didn't ) got thrown out this time, only to return a third time later that night to continue telling anybody who would listen what a **** meeting it was and how he was still going to punch somebody ( but of course he didn't ).
Waikaraka certainly has it's characters you can not deny that.
Can't make it tonight but hope the bikes have another good night.

I have refrained from saying anything about the bagging for along time but after reading the crap he has been putting on here lately (with the help of his band of Mary Opps sorry  merry men) I will finally have to say something. If you hate the place so much Jamo, stay the f*** away. You never have a nice thing to say about the place. Yes some decision's have been made which were probably not the right ones but how the heck can people try to correct things when you keep slagging them off. Constructive criticism in fine but what you do continually is out right bull*hit. I swear if i loathed a place as much as you loath WP, I wouldn't even waste the gas getting there or the energy. You knew what the cost was to get in before you arrived, you knew what classes where running, and you choose to go to the park knowing it wouldn't be your cup of tea. You know a lot of people that race and you knew that most of the stockcars guys were not going to be there for one reason or another, but you still choose to go. Why don't you give it a rest, or maybe you should put the some of energy you use to bag the place, into helping the place. I think the worst part of Wednesday was your behavior in front of your son...... |

You know if the last two replies came from any one else I would be a little offended, but seeing as the first one came from Rissa, who by the way only managed to show up after the bowling club bar shut, and waited till the gate was free to get in before gracing us with her presence. I guess like me she felt the show wasn't worth $15.00. I take no offence from her, especially since she wasn't there at the time. With this in mind I can only assume she is basing her opinion on what she was told by Kirsten, (which may be a little one sided) and not on fact. What I do take offence to though is Rissa saying I hate WP, nothing could be further from the truth, I like a few others have been working around that place for 20 years or longer and will continue to do so once the big broom has been through and had the rubbish swept out. One of the problems at WP is unfortunately it seems no work has been done around there since all the work went in back then. . . . .except maybe the installation of the E.L.S, which incidentally I donated all the metal for even though I was contracted to another track. For all the talking and pointing the finger at me, I can't seem to remember you and your girl friend helping me mow the lawns, painting, mixing concrete to repair the wall, or even shoveling mud up in the pits, hell, you know I don't even remember you guys helping Frank and I breaking the rocks at the clubrooms so your precious bar could have a toilet. Don't you two DSFW's ever, ever say I hate WP! What I do hate however is that after all the work that went in to the place, we can have a few Idiots throw it all away. The place is in dire straits at the moment and for you to say it isn't is fantasy, but then I guess as long as theres streetstocks, cowbells, and most importantly an open bar you will be always happy  P.S, please don't forget the fact that one of the two stockcars in the feature belonged to me. . . . . maybe you should be asking the other 20 cars that didnt go to Wellington where the hell they were, and why the hell don't they support their club they love so much. Kind Regards Jamo Jamo Jamo Jamo....Il correct you on a couple of things... 1 - The Bowling Club bar hadn't shut 2 - I did pay my $15.00 to get in and Im pretty sure the people will remember me paying as well. 3 - I didnt see the first inccident but I had heard what had happened and saw the last one in the clubrooms after the meeting. You have also forgotten Jamo...I too have put many hours into the club. I too have donated to the club...hey its not like the metal you donated but It was something... I have painted the wall, I painted every single fence post around the track. Scrubed and cleaned the clubrooms, the toilets and they list could go on and on. Like you Jamo, I have also done things for the club..Dont forget the hours of being a rep for nearly 5 seasons........There are so many people who STILL continue to help the club and some have being doing it for 25 years and more. Jamo if you care about the club why the hell do you continue to slag it off like you do? Im really at a loss on why you do. There are people who really care about the club and continue to support the club thru thick and thin. why cant we work together to make it better? I still want to know tho if you dont like what happens at the club why do you go Rissa |

And, more importantly, never have I said anything about him or Francis that is not factual! Never ever have I slagged the club for anything other than allowing these things to happen. It blows me away how short everyones memory is in regards to what we used to have at WP. The place has hit a new low and you know it, spend the money this Wednesday and drive out west to see what can be done at a venue and how a promoter works.I dont particularly like watching some off there classes, but even before I go, I know it is gonna be a great show and more importantly worth the entry fee. This is gone from WP. You too, with all the work you seem to have put in should be gutted at the state of the place . . . . . . . how come you aren't |
