australians on the gold coast (Read 508 times)

I'm heading to oz so I just found out, from the 12th feb till the 20th feb, and was wondering if any of the australians on here know of any good meetings that there may be on the 14th/15th weekend. (valentines weekend) Obviously around the Gold Coast area but will have a car to travel. Or anything speedway related that would be worth a look, I will settle for even a decent car/hotrod show!
any info appreciated

Awesome we over from the 3rd to the 13th March so will get Brisbane Speedway meet in on the 7th but mis the Sprintcars on the 14th also heading to Queensland Raceway on the 11th for V8 practice day

Thanks Elmo, I am going to be on the Gold Coast in April and I may have to have a look at the meeting on 18th. How long roughly would the drive be to Brisbane?

we are in labrador 5min from surfers.took us around 35 min to get to the track

I had looked at the calendar, and see it had february 14, but no classes mentioned. would liked to have seen a sprintcar race
