Just had a look at there website for the nxt meeting on the 14th!!! Classes for the night wgtn spintcar champs, wgtn streetstock champs,saloons,productionsaloons, and stockcars. And a derby to finish ( but probably will only end up with 30 odd cars like the last one boring)
My daughter wants to know why the ministocks are not racing? is it because a couple of them are going to be in rotorua? i would hope thats not the reason.
Hope someone from the committee can reply to this

I could be wrong (normally am) but isn't this the first stand down for the ministocks this season? If so thats pretty good really.
They even got to race at the stockcar champs didn't they?

No Ministocks on the 14th as we are running the Halcrow Engineering Wellington Sprintcar champs (entry list so far on the Wellington website) plus the Wellington streetstock champs and to finish the night of a Demo Derby add in stockcars , productions,&saloons etc the night is going to be a busy one so sorry no Ministocks at this one (ive still got to tell my daughter shes not racing )cheers Martin Halcrow

I believe they have been stood down once for sure (possibly twice) Im more pi@$ed about it for the white dot kids who are so close to having there dots removed and then can race for there wgtn champs in the nxt couple of weeks. Now they wont get a chance to do that will they?

I only ask because the only white dots I've seen are the ones that I see following a big hit!!! ;D |

I may be wrong 46 & 4 v crew member but is it possible if we started earlier could they still acheive this?? Say like if we had ministock racing at 6.30pm that night to allow for them to still race but leaves from 7pm free for the wgtn sprintcar champs and wgtn street stock champs??
If they did let this happen but were short of a youth ministock rep for the night I wouldnt mind putting my hand up, how about you 46 & 4 v crew member that way you would still be free to do your usual chores on the night too. Something for them to consider anyway as I know someone who is not happy about it either & they dont need their white dot removed
It would be good to see the likes of young 24w back out there also as she looked like she was getting her confidence back the last time I saw her race after that big hit she had before

yah even more reason to go now ,no mini stocks .do you hear the modified or super saloon drivers moaning (they should) get real ministock sookies you are only a hot dog class, learn to be like champions lije kyle fraser, stan hickey , clive elliot .listen to them -daddy never gave them racecars- GET REAL

not an attack on ministocks,(as there pecieved a higher rating hotdog class than proddy's)i just believe eveyone should get a fair go.
