The luge on Sunday morning well nuts! wasn't part of any near death experiences but seeing 'Little G' roll our fellow Hawkes bay friend Thomas (94B) right in front of me and nearly driving over his head! ;D. Fair set the scene for the rest of the day. I thought I actually got off quite lucky until I got home last night and started resting. After a sleep I've found I can only turn my neck one way muscles all aching up there. The wrist doesn't like moving and my knees (which doubled as extra chassis rails) hold little more than my own weight. Just like stockcars it will hurt less and less every time so all I can say is bring it on if that's the worse it can give! Willy the luge only lost Money because you brought one coke and got 2 free one's from it! ;D ;D. WHAT A DEAL. R.I.P Luge memories. Was a quality weekend, I would like to thank each and every driver, there was no negativity all weekend between drivers that I witnessed which is awesome for the next generation of drivers. Special thanks to Christian Hermansen for the ride on the parade in front of the massively packed paradise valley crowd, and the giving me the chance to have a drive of the 2nz machine back into the pits .

haha you guys think the luge lost money off you? They charged me $45 and gave me a 5 luge and gondola pass plus an extra 8 ride luge and gondola pass which was worth an extra $95 for free lmao so $140 worth of luge for $45 and they didnt no ha.
But big thanks to Rotorua Speedway for yet another wicked weekend, if only Barry B was interviewing supporters at the club rooms on Saturday night ;D ohh brings me to thanking Chris Hermanson for thanking me in his speech lol. Hope everyone enjoyed themselfs as I did and looking foward to next year already!!

Wasn't a competition mate But that is mighty good... what a bargain lol. I think we broke 2 carts and our own bodies and that was about it. Did the interviewer's talk to any of the other groups? Didn't see them anywhere but the top group.. Or racing? did they film any other races? Anyway would be a good video to watch none the less as the racing surely was very intense..

This was posted in an other thread
I'd just like to say a huuuuuuuuge thank you to all of the drivers that were filmed/interviewed over the course of the weekend, especially Christian Hermansen, Chloe Corban and Jamie Larsen who we filmed right throughout the two nights, both the highs and the lows, and Jason Long who we added to the list prior to the start of the second night. Basically these guys and girl were hassled by us before and after every race, whether they won, crashed or were taken out, and they were all brilliant.
We interviewed a number of other drivers on night 2, both before racing and during it, but all were in the top group of 26. It was basically to follow a few people right through an entire meeting, more than just the racing iteslf, although most if not all of the races were filmed on another camera.
So night 1 was about 3 drivers in one group, night 2 following the same 3 plus Jason Long, with interviews with all race winners and others in contention. The meeting was filmed for a documentary, not as just another race coverage type DVD.
