ChCh a little bit to far to go for one night, thanks anyway. Realise stockcars can cost a bit to fix but not as much as a superstock motor ;D Was being charged $300 for a night(3 races) last year.

Just wondering what drivers/owners charge to let someone drive for a night. My drive fell through last season due to the weather and car has been leased out this year. Just want to tick a been there done that box. Ta FREE!!! Of all the drivers who have driven my cars over the years i have never charged a penny. Ask Keith Spanake, he drove my modified for a night, i gave the mod to a mate in Stratford for a few months. No problem. All i ask is you repair any damage. Come see me Mike when ive got the car to Rotorua and im sure we can squeeze you in.

Quite a bit of interest in leasing a car for the night. So say $200-300 for the night seems fair compared to to v8 ride around Taupo. How much for a day license and would SNZ officials allow someone to drive a stocky with no practice? The deaths that have happened on club days because one time drivers having a go and hitting the wall or having been hit (not race fit). For myself I would love to have ago at Huntly or Kihikihi to cross off one item on my bucket list. So any stockcar driver out PM me and see how we go. Have driven a TQ a couple of time so have the jist of those coloured traffic signals
