Always feels like you did 10 home drivers to make sure you can feild a team, as the season always throughs up unexpected challenges as you approach these big events

This pretty big announcement tonight: * Mitch Vickery -#26 Superstock Public Announcement * "Ever since I've been attending speedway, it was my ultimate dream and goal to not only race superstocks, but represent my club as a Stratford Scrapper. Over the last few years after the purchase of my first superstock, I have traveled a countless amount of Km’s and spent untold amounts of both time and money on the sport I love. Amongst all the sacrifices I have made, I can not be prouder to have carried the ‘S’ all over the countryside at over 30 race meetings a season. Qualifying for almost every major championship I have entered in the class, and ultimately, racing as a scrapper with an awesome bunch of guys on the ‘big stage’ that we all know as Palmerston North team's champs. In this time, I have managed to achieve the majority of my goals in my speedway career and have enjoyed every minute of it. But.... like everything, goals change and aspirations grow, and after consideration of many varying factors, I have made one of the biggest decisions of my racing career. I feel the time has come to continue my journey elsewhere. I am excited to announce my future plans to register to Kihikihi speedway moving forward and help them with their aspirations and goals within the superstock class. This decision was definitely not an easy one to make, however, one I have chosen for my own reasons and what I see best for me. I will still continue to race and support Stratford speedway and the speedway scene in Taranaki as a whole. I will always be grateful for the huge amount of backing we have received from our local and nationwide supporters where ever we went and I look forward to keeping you all updated with big plans ahead for this season. Mitch - 26k"

Does that now make Wade the 6th Driver? Got a good Lol out of me 🤣 On reflection a legitimate question given the recent success and experience others have had. Must say I’m enjoying the emergence of the multi car teams coming out

Interesting to see how many drivers are contracting to Kihikihi. How many of them are keen to teams race as the way the numbers are going they could get 2 teams together if they had the sponsorship.

From my understanding the Korff's and Ingram race their super saloons with a K as super saloons are not a registered class at Stratford but race their saloons with an S. Sprint cars, 11K been that for a few seasons now, 66 been think A, M, P?, K.

The full contact Teams Racing game coming out soon will be awesome. "Peylah Games Here are the 2009 Kihikihi Kings team ready to go in the upcoming Full Contact Teams Racing game coming to mobile devices this year. Note: I realise that the 28K had a black chassis that year but the car looked good when it had the chassis green so I thought why not go with that. And yes the 26K car sitting at the front of the render is the legend Peter Barry. One more Superstock team to come. Sorry still no release date..." fordracer
