Macgor's, the ONLY place for points. Barry B Your favourite flat tyre rule just came up trumps, red light for another car, 26v K Mooney was in a tussel for the top spot and they both stopped. He ended with a flat tyre 10m short of the finish line and had to pull off, if no red for the other car he would have rolled over the line in 2nd......

Great pictures from The Pits but no points to be had at all. Man, there's been a couple of right rears gone late in the Heat 2 races that have cost top drivers their chances of qualifying, Tennant and Mooney [especially the latter]. Barry B

I'll say no more other than Mooney was ROBBED and the perpetrators weren't even wearing a disguise. Barry B

There should be a law that for all NZ Stockcar and Superstock events Paul Hickey should be in the box and controlling the commentary Barry B

Livestream otherwise been awesome

I didn't see the first round but very little in the second. Some dramatic moments featuring top hopes not commented on at all by those with mics, like flat right rears a lap or even just a few metres from home in one case, taking out drivers who were either current or a potential 1, 2 or 3. Barry B

wondering whether to stream tomorrow! Individual champs don't really work for me. Will stream teams meets I can't go to. I was trying to chose over Cromwell or Stratford. Cromwell is no go now due to numbers and format. Stratford maybe a possibility. Normally I only stream team racing as the action is there.

So with the top 3 to go through, and 1 driver on 67 points followed by 2 drivers tied on 65 points we need a run-off. So it was announced to the crowd.

Barry B I was waiting for you to comment on this haha think they have been sampling the local Taranaki products. The part that gets to me the most is the long gaps during the racing with no comments at all. Also well done the Black caps.

Barry B Am using 30 points for a heat win Should not make any difference for a top 3 as a DNF or DNS will result in a driver not qualifying
