Rodney Wood has offered to bring the blower over from Baypark and help. Sun pocking through now.

Imagine going on a speedway forum and getting upset about being a called a key board racer when your username is keyboard racer The issue is 2 races and no repercharge, would make more sense to focus on why you are there and thats to race for the world title not make sure you get all the consulation races in Not upset at all, just attempting to get blood out of a stone as your argument doesn't make sense.

Just another dammed if you do and dammed if you don't meeting. With a iffy weather forecast, where the possibly rain did eventuate, it leaves the club with few options. All of which won't suit everyone. For what it is worth (very little) I am on the side of front/back vs mid/mid being very different. However, that means nothing when the flag drops.
Maybe we need a new thread for today moving forward and leave this one here for people to discuss what didn't happen, what format they would run in a rain effected championship. Bearing in mind the weather suggests Sunday is not a realistic option.

Rodney Wood is taking his big hair drier to Vegas to assist with getting the track raceable.

Its already bloody hard to qualify now its even more cut throat Id be pissed off if i traveled the length of the country to race in this event to have the format that you signed up to chopped and changed so poorly feel sorry for the guys getting dished up 2 middle grid draws Qualifying after all is why you came there and everyone deserves a fair chance and its first big main part of the weekend for the drivers anything after you dont qualify is only bonus The final heat of finals isnt going to be run any earlier in the night no matter the format you run so how would you run it any different grindingdisc ? would you have a higher competitor and spectator entry price so you could cover the costs to have all the medics and other people who are needed to run the meeting available on call to work the whole day on Saturday if needed to fit the entire original meeting format into one day? Don't bag the club without giving a solution. I have offered a solution mate.. Drop a round of the teirs and consulation at the end of the night instead of dropping a round of qualifying and they can stick to the same timeline they have proposed for today And Well the fact they are charging the drivers the same price for 2 days of ambulance fees i dont understand why you think they should be charging more?

Problem with that is that you are effectively cutting the gaps between the final heats of the main event, which is extremely tough on the drivers at the end of an already tough day of racing.

Run heat 1 of the finals as the first race of the 2nd half of the day, then the final heat will be run after round 2 of the consulations

Betcha didn't see an actual STEAMroller, either 😊 To be honest I was so tired and flat out busy after being there since the Thursday shakedown event that I really can't remember Jack sh.t of what happened between Qualy and Finals.

Then you would be crying if you haven't qualified, traveled the length of the country and had your consolation or 2nd or 3rd tier races changed/cut from those on the original programe particularly for the 2nd tier in this event as it's a chance to qualify for next year's finals. Also you would moan there's not enough time between qualifying races to" have traveled the length of the country" for a race meeting. In the post I quoted you on you didn't offer your solution you just moaned as usual.

I think this years championship is more important than worrying about a single entrant for next year ha ha ha, just take the car from the 2 second teir races… If you havent qualifyed its not as important. Its still the same amount of races except the world championship races would have more priority over the chocolate fish races And to be fair if they had of done repocharge those that hadnt got through would get the same amount of track time As far as time between qualifying races goes?? Why would it be any different

If you don't like it don't watch or race, stop being a Karen.

Beachboy goes to racing just for the chocolate fish races clearly Possibly the reason they dropped the round of qualifying instead of consulation so the track could save spending another $3650 on prize money

What’s the weather doing Guys ? Weather is all good now and track is good to go. 30 minute delay in starting due to traffic jams slowing drivers getting to the track.

He loves the track that dumps stockcar & Sidecar features but runs all the adult and yth ministocks races cause their race might logistics ain't well thought out. Obviously it's to save money
