Once again words fail me. I didn't know John very well, but man he was always fun to watch. RIP John, and condolances to the family.

This is very sad news and has blown me away, John was a bloody nice guy and will be sadly missed.

This has stunned me too and I only knew John by email contact and his on track efforts . Another lost way too soon.

This news comes as an absolute shock and i sit here writing with a tear in eye,
Johny Hynd and i started our racing career around the same time, however he burst on the seen beter than me with a cool looking superstock, and some great results winning the" Rookie of the year" along with some other good results.
We teams raced against each other plenty of times and there wasnt many guys you could roll in a race that would sit down with you afterwards and drink for hours talking about it.
Johny you will be sadly missed by me and my family along with the many friends you have made through racing.
