they weren't tossing decide poll, they were tossing to decide the run off. Win the toss win the run off. Why wouldn't welded wheel guards be legal?, This is a fair question as mal himself asked if it was legal and got no answer from the referee.. perhaps if macgor had been at the event he would have understood the context of your question understood completely. btw it would not have been a refereeing area of expertise anyway.

Pleased to see that it was only flat tyres & suspension that was the only damage to Ethans car ae As I said earlier that when they take a huge hit, they don't take them as well as stronger chassis's. Also if it was just tyres, maybe they should get them from somewhere else as they have had a lot of flat tyres on those cars over the past couple of seasons So can you confirm this damaged side rail is the reason Ethan had next to no steering and collapsed suspension plus flats making it near impossible to steer or generate speed to do any damage to the opposition? Dude, Haha your the one that started going on about that stuff. All i said was "Those Rees cars don't seem to take the hits and keep going as well as other chassis". The Dare car had bigger and harder hits and it kept going. Put your Giants flag away

For me Mitch vickory, Tarrant were awesome all weekend. The scrappers and HB surprised a few with their performances. In the final Jordan dare was unreal. The format needs some work. I feel for busters don’t lose a Race all weekend and get 5th doesn’t seem right. But I’m saying that I probably think they were the 5th best team in the weekend I could t see them beating the top four sides P,G,HB and S I disagree I feel as busters were top 3 maybe even 1st. Never know. Straford I feel were 6th best and hawkes bay 5th best. But loins got a hiding in there semi. So puts things differently.

It was a great final probably one of the best I have seen in a long time. If people still bag people after that final they need to go get f.... I don’t support palmy but I stood and applauded because that was unreal

Its the same for every team they all know they gotta race for points some teams are a bit better with that game plan in mind and of course a bit of luck

Vickery is a hard charger alright..you see why Rees asked him to be in the Giants for last years Teams Nationals & they won it.

Over the weekend I thought him and Tarrant were the best and dare the best in the final

(photo above at the roll over) Only two running cars complete at the end, Long and Miers.

That looks like a piece of box section steel subjected to the laws of physics if you ask me ! Yes you could brace the side rail more, but to what? Back to main chassis rail. With that sort of force something has to give, so wouldn’t an easily replaced side rail be better to bend rather than something further in?

Possibly more Rees Built Cars out on the track these days than anything else ,so they must have something going for them. Pete and Ethan up there with the best of them as far as drivers go. That was an all in brawl as far as finals go and any car will bend if you put in the hits like those guys from both teams did, i have seen cars come out far worse off in the past .
