Heading back because he is running the Chili bowl? Chili bowl does not start until jan 13th which is jan 14th New Zealand time. Time to look at NZ champs rules again and restrict them to New Zealand registered competitors only.

First night of NZGP for TQ's and NZ Streetstock qualifying. lol no transport across from Palmy. Flying to Palmy and got motel walking distance from track. I think last time at Meeanee was 1992. Owen Shaw was running Ronnie Day's car, Ronnie and Jimmy Carr were there watching.

My picks for the top three are Jamie Larsen who is on a hot streak and it is his home track, he will fight for the win with Jamie Duff who won the last title there with a fast measured display and Pickens will be 3rd again.

Magilla agree with you with Jamie Larsen and Michael Pickens in the first three. But i don't know about Jamie Duff he has been a bit off form of late.Though did set fast time in last weeks time trials for Hydrauink WoW's at Ruapuna.I would put Rodney Wood and Matt Leversedge in the top three and Connor Rangi if he can get a couple of meetings in before the Champs. But as we know it is Palmerston North in the front at the start in the fence at the end.

what format will they be using 3 heat finals or ummmm abcdefghi++++++ main 1 race final The 3-heat format was removed from the open wheel rule book a couple of years ago. I imagine they'll end up using a format that sees each driver race 2 heats followed by a semi-main and the A-Main championship race
