At this stage weather very yucky in rotorua but it's not raining,will need a bit of sun to dry things out.

... but not great. Tues/Wed looks to be more positive, sure feel for Sonya and team - and the competitors and fans who have had to put their lives on hold until the weather Gods deem it's OK to go ahead.

A caption out off the NZ Herald “ a good day to watch movies in Rotorua today as your in for showers Yes, I just read that. The sunshine lasted about 10 mins and we're now back to cloudy. Was only one shower at the track overnight, that I heard anyway. After that I looked at the rain map it indicated rain from 1 till after 4 have to feel for the club on fb someone said make it 240 weekend that got everybody going yes but that is unfair it’s there signature event the 240 and in this weather cycle there’s no guarantee it’s not going to rain that weekend either |

Thunderstorms expected from 1PM unti around 10pm in rotorua, with localised downpours of up to 40mmph, poor buggers,

The sun is back out at the track again. Obviously with the forecast still no guarantees however. Will be interesting to see where we're at by about 2pm.

That's a good wet weather activity, name movies and/or TV shows (not news, doco or sports shows) that mention and/or show NZ speedway or any classes... Letter To Blanchy Close To Home Shaker Run (stockcars racing at a trotting track LOL) This Town What have I missed? |
