Looking good weather wise for the Final... plenty of people coming into watch it. If there were any of the cars last night that had damage its surely been fully repaired...

Wow, red called for 88p head down, officials swarm car and St. John’s, and he’s allowed to continue?

Wow, red called for 88p head down, officials swarm car and St. John’s, and he’s allowed to continue? unusual call, as they didn't put him back to where he was, car was not mobile anyway, SNZ officials between a rock and a hard place here, commentators called the red flag before it happened due to his head being down, so it was needed,

Spike Richardson award will be hard to decide, to me Harley robb, Jayden ward and Scott tennant all contenders.
Just a clinical race, did big hits and caused damage with them all, and at the end both Glen eagles runners really never got touched too much.
Good race to end this meeting.

Fantastic result for the mighty eagles. I hope the team Can stay together for as long as possible. Robb, Ward and Wallace are a great core. All 6 drivers were outstanding.

And usually cause of red lights is to infield, plus with how many people were touching car also under reds. Then at prizegiving he’s missing and getting checked out by medics?

It's what makes the sport so great. Terrific Eagles, awesome Gisborne, a totally rigged draw favoring a Panthers outfit and I can't help but wonder had that been an Eagles driver & not Jack Miers knocked out be sure an Eagles driver would not have been allowed to continue. Biased commentator saying precedent set at NZ Stockcar Champs at Wakky Park! NO, NO, NO, driver safety should always trump precedent setting! Wakky Park mistake, two wrongs in the name of a precedent does NEVER equal a right.

There needs to be an award that doesn't get given to palmy or g.b teams because of biased. Would also like to see a new zealand select team. There are alot of problems with awarding the spike Richardson trophy.

Yes I'm sorry but giving it to a Team is BS. Jayden Ward was clinical and very deserving.

Wards work was hugely underrated this champs, he was amazing in the blocking role doing the right things at the right time, only time anyone got him was under red as well
Robb must be close to the best all round driver around at the moment
Best example of the eagles being completely dialed in was the semi, 1 k car left running and they parked 1 in front him and 1 behind then 557 limped around to completely box him in parking outside him
Bit of a dynasty being built here, last 5 events Eagles have won twice, runner up and in the semis last year before it was abandoned

Well done Eagles team.
