Wymer good job i say.after taking out toogood she should have been sent off. If a car was infront of her shell bunt them out of her way. She poped her own tyre buy trying to take tonks out and then next corner her tyres flat. She needs a holiday me thinks. Just as well your a keyboard ref,as you wouldnt last long as the real deal.

I think the track has huge potential, from my view there was a fair bit of hitting (smells the deep heat on my neck). However had a great time, made it through a whole meeting

After watching the incident of Michelle Wymer and Phil Toogood on slow motion video Toogood looses the rear of his car after going through a large hole. He also looses his right rear tire off the rim which was not touched by Michelle. I agree with the speedway officials final analysis of what happened to her, who at the end of the meeting called her up to APOLOGIES TO HER for putting her to the rear of the field. In all I felt that it was a good meeting, it will be an awsome track once a few bumps have been ironed out.

She had closed in on him going into that corner and I thought Towgood had lost it while she was inches away. Man there are a lot of one eyed spectators around the place!

So why did Towgood wave his Fist at Michelle. First rule of failure is to blame someone else. Her car was better and she was driving better than any of the 'blokes' out there. Even I find that too hard to take.

So why did Towgood wave his Fist at Michelle. Still waiting on Mrs TTTTT view. And 21h spins 46a and nothing happens. 69m should be 3rd GP today Towgood believed he was taken out (which he wasnt ) and without the benefit of an action replay made his feelings known, nothing more nothing less. "Teflon" Steve Williams once again escapes penalty for driving like an idiot, its not the first time and it definately wont be the last. Why he continues to escape sanction when others dont is a mystery, especially given the frequency of incidents that he finds himself a part of. Mind you, when he does get pinged for an indiscretion he tends to take it as a personal affront and as many have witnessed over the years,a toy throwing session usually follows not long after.

could it be due to the negative publicity he could draw to any given track who choose to penalise him. he is often in the lime light and has the opportunity to pass comment. i believe he has said something negative of another competitor before(weather it be golf or speedway im not sure) so i guess it would be possible to pass negative comments if the question was asked. a promoters worst nightmare i can imagine would be bad publicity aired on tv and radio still no reason to let him off but thats just my opinion and im sure some one will set me straight if im wrong

Hi Greg so is the 13K superstock the 5th member off the kings team ???Driver is Cheers Sorry Mak I don't know the answer to either question. I think that was his 1st time in the Superstock so would be very surprised if he's teams racing. Im sure Rick will be able to fill us in on his background. Just good to have another Superstock carrying the mighty K!!

Sorry Debs, no more pics. Unfortunately I messed up and missed the Saloon NZGP and attended the Offroaders NZGP by mistake. Stopped taking photos when I realised.
Debs, some interesting comments about the Saloon Offroaders NZGP, many from folk who clearly think it's cool to have equipment smashed and folk put at risk.
Guess that's why some folk gawk at accident sights on the highway!
It appears the 'saloon class' have only achieved 'National Status' in name only as they are certainly not afforded the respect they deserve, then again, perhaps they are?
