Is that Busterfan?
My heartfelt condolances go out to Bazza & the family and friends of this man.
I did not get to meet him, but through Macgors I could see his passion for speedway and the love he shared with our sport for many many years.
I hope that he is in peace now watching from the best seat
RIP Bazza

So sad to hear. One of PN "True Characters" that will be missed. It was always a pleasure to drive up and get your pit spot from a great guy. We even were getting the best spots.
To the family and friends of Barry, thank you for sharing him with this large speedway family.

Barry and i had more than a couple of "enthusiastic" conversations over this and that and they were always conducted in good spirit.
Its definately a shock to learn of your passing Barry, but im positive Ross will be the one opening the pitgate for you and doing the introductions at the racetrack in the clouds.
RIP.

R.I.P. Bazza aka Busterfan
A great member of this board, a god of this board and a god off the board. One week after a honourable speedway guy, another one is dead. Very sad month for speedway.

Sad news indeed. I've known Barry for a few years now, Baypark old track days, and it was a great pleasure to see him on the gate at the Teams Champs, had a good chat with him and as everyone else is saying he'll be sadly missed at the track and on Macgors. RIP Barry another speedway icon lost. Bones

Adding my sadness to other posts in the loss of Bazza. We worked at the track always chatting about who was doing what and who had chances of winning etc.Every raceday we would sit together and I would check how he was and during the meeting go to the gate to see if he was ok. He always loved his Busters team and everyone who drove through "his" gate onto the track. His passing means freedom from illness and of course now the best seat in the house! Godspeed mate..it was an honour to call you a friend. You will be sorely missed. Guess they needed someone on the gate upstairs!
