A 15-year-old girl has reportedly died at the Kaikohe speedway.

ONE News reported that the teenager died when the stock car she was driving hit a wall.

No one else was injured in the crash.

Have just arrived home from racing at the glen in chch, jumped on here for a quick look and find my stomach turned upside down, I have 16 and 15 year old girls, neither race but I can only imagine how the family and friends must feel at this time.
