Beats me these people whinging about late finishes.I go to watch the event and couldnt care less what time if finished so long as i see all of the racing . Nothing stopping you from going home if its getting past your bedtime. lol Your missing the point mate either that or you're from the UK where meetings go on forever and you're used to it. Meetings should have no need to go past 1030/11 let alone midnight. Usually tracks that are running behind cut support class races short etc or scrap them. Definately not missing any point, have sat through many late run meetings and determined not to miss those all important races. Personally i cant see what the big issue is and sometimes its just the way that some meetings pan out for one reason or other . I go to speedway to watch racing , not look at the clock. So if you think the meetings getting a bit late why dont you just get up and head home.

12am finish really?😡. Tracks run to many classes time and time again. Fast racing 3rd heat a non event apart from 31p getting dealt too. Give it to baypark then, guaranteed to be finished by 10pm regardless how many heats have been raced. Only way to speed up meeting would be to move repecharges to last races Friday night, then 7pm Saturday do heat 1 of Nz title. Teams won’t like that. Another option is repecharges 530pm Saturday, and first heat for Nz title 7pm. But then I’m sure you people will pregnant dog about meeting starting too early 😂 i Thought meeting went good, 3rd heat wasn’t the crashfest like it was 10-15ywara ago however that’s superstocks nowadays. Still not sure what 1nz was doing changing to small wing for heat 3 and then flag racing. Same as 3nz. LMAO that Baypark comment is Gold hercules

Given the comments on here, I am getting the feeling that Speedway in NZ is a huge self-licking ice-cream, that consistently re-runs lessons learnt year upon year. Pretty sad really given how many dollars are sunk in to it each year. Some aeras lessons have been learned , I thought Speedway NZ was going to make sure a lot off these issues we not going to be issues when they handed out Major titles events from now on ?as I understood it 2 years ago, so it is self licking to a degree ,I still don't understand why they split the non qualifies it detracts from the event every time it's crazy, Running late was because the track took a while to settle but proved to be a good decision so credit to them I'm sure the drivers will agree on that . You would think after this they can now look at a better P A system ,This is where Rotoura stands out every year they make improvements somewhere to the point where they are at the top off there game, on a whole it was a good Meeting Woodford Glen

So I'm glad a commentator actually explained that to me. Because wellington, meeanee rotorua palmy all haven't. I've only ever done super Saloon, Saloon & modified champs at te marua but mentioned it at every one of them. How else do you explain to the crowd who just witnessed xyz car flipping end for end down the back straight on fire causing a 20 minute clean up getting 10 points for that race.

Not sure who called the north island super saloon champs back in 2013. Dont remember it being mentioned. Maybe didn't need to as 13 cars were there but yea.

Did Hamilton and Rees call a truce in heat 3?? 😯 Yip have heard they have. OK makes sense. Saw a few open opportunities for both to exact some punishment and they drove inside each other.

As I see it ones a C and ones a N. No matter what someone says in a run off it's one for all. I heard that 18n and 5w had a agreemnent but that didnt happen. It's NZ champs and how bad do you want in the main show.

It did look like Harwood was not too pleased with Robb, pulling up quite quickly after the runoff. But then again, they all ran for 4 laps and no one stopped to block..

To be honest 18n was off song all weekend, he usually flys around this track however just didn’t have set up right or some other issue.
Same could be said for 591p, he had power to burn however the car looked like a tug boat the way it was getting around turn 3-4

The way I saw it was 18n and 991c had the agreement, 18n was off pole so could have gassed it and left the other two to sort them selves out. But 18n held up 5w, to let 991 get round the turn 1. If 991 had of turned left onto 5w at turn 2 with 18 holding him up it would have put 5 out then 991 and 18 would be away
