Tanks never ran with bodies. Even the early ones only had Hillman Imp front pillars So really nothing has changed This was Tank built in the modern era - last of the real tanks built by the General Dave Evans Spot the body And still better looking than any car of today.

tell ya the truth it looks unfinished. Most do with no body on them. I like the look of some modern cars with no body. . Some look like jet fighter cockpits and inspire the imagination as they go past, but others are Plain ugly. The ones that look good are the later models where all the looks are designed to fit.

Well the tyre saga continues..
For the first time ever SNZ has allowed the use of trial at SNZ National Titles.. doesnt make it much of a trial..
With the new stockcar/superstock Technical committee being both Vickery and Rees, they have both voiced their concern about not wanting competition tyres in the stockcar class and as quoted from Peter Rees from the doing it in the dirt radio he mentions while the 2 are on the committee that the wont see this rule come in…
So it appears SNZ have taken it into their own hands and for the first time allowing a trial to be allowed at national titles.. my guess is this trial could well be a forever trial as they then dont have to go through the technical committee…

It’s nice to know there’s people making the rules with half a clue as to the intention of the class and what is best for the drivers within it. Just a shame snz feel the need to treat their stakeholders this way, consistently pushing the class closer to supers in cost to the detriment of the class.
