Any Stockcars wanting to run will need to contact Kevin Daysh ASAP, so the club can work out if there will be enough.

Can Rees, Hemi, Ewers, Ngatai bring there Superstocks I think at least 2 of the above will be on the other side of the World come mid-August, but I'm sure it'll be a well supported day all the same. Way to go 2k's.

I have a question folks!
From the 2007 rulebook (I presume this was unchanged for 2009)
G4-5 Practices: Each track must have at least three practice sessions prior to the commencement of it's official season.
Now in my mind the 2008/09 speedway season finished on 30 June 2009, being the halfway point of the 2009 year. Given this meeting is in the middle of August is it not part of the 2009/10 season? If that is the case does Kihikihi need to run three practices before running this meeting?
I presume some form of dispensation could me applied for maybe? (couldn't find that in my quick rule book search)

Given this meeting is in the middle of August is it not part of the 2009/10 season? Competitors contracts are from 1 Sept - 31 August,or at least certainly was the case. The proposed date is part of the 08/09 season. Assuming our cars are still in the garage, ready and waiting, 13r and 13m (bit of sign writing to go) will be heading to Kihikihi.

Awesome news! I know of at least 1 car-load of KK supporters who will be attending from Palmy. Sure to be more. If there are stockcars on the program it might be a good meeting to run in a new motor, or test a new bumper. (hint hint Mr W) Good stuff Kihikihi, good karma to you all.

hmmm might just be time to pick up caravan from Taupo, and head to the big ford carpark, then off to KK. we could have a rehearsal for the NZ'S ( not the farm/shed needs any practice) regards Andy WGTN
